Conversations about the ridiculous grace of God. Realising that God isn't a God with a big stick shouting at us to get on with this life, but a God who lovingly, patiently and kindly will equip us to keep going and keep us in the hard times. Repeating that over and over again to myself. It's all about the character of God, when I remember he is Good and Kind I can keep walking because he enables me to.
